I was very impressed with the professionalism and honesty of Jon Williams and the staff at Harris Ford. Jon was upfront and trasparent with everything and the sales process. I was able to explain to the staff my budget and my pararemeters to get the deal to work and they were able to work with me to make it work. I would highly recommend working with Jon and the staff at Harris Ford.

I need to buy a car every year. The experience I had at Harris Ford, Lynnwood and with Ricky Moe is the best in my car buying history. Harris does what it says, and does not use a lost leader to draw you in for the “grind”. This is the kind of experience every car buyer should have to affirm that buying what you want, at the price you want to pay, is a fun event. Ricky is who you need to call. No pressure. Just facts, write up to match the agreement, and a thorough follow thru after the sale, plus a great person with Mike in finance to bring to a positive close.
My wife and I went thru the pressure sales and haggling as expected. Gil was great and easy to work with. Kudos to Bruce for doing a follow up call, being patience with me explaining and going through numbers (which went almost another deal breaker when we can’t match our results).
I was satisfied with my experience at Harris Ford. Gil was knowledgeable in going trough my ford escape new features and tech stuff. As with most car dealers, they can be pretty aggressive, but I found it to be one of the best experiences I have had buying a car. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. They make the car buying process bearable.

The staff at Harris Ford was very friendly. There was a lot of paperwork, but that was to be expected. I would have liked them to slow down while explaining the paperwork, but they were all very nice and answered all my questions.

This is my second purchase of a F-150 here at Harris Ford in Lynwood. Each time the service has been fantastic. They worked extremely hard to get me in the vehicle I wanted. Daniel Grimes and Kevin Reasor bent over backwards to make sure I got the truck I wanted. The Finance Dept. also worked very hard to get my payments where I needed them to be. I came in to trade in a car I had recently purchased that I was not happy with. I was introduced to Gil Fret who showed me several cars until I find the one I really liked. We went for a test drive and I was able to see how the car drove on different hills, the freeway, and back roads.
I immediately felt comfortable to ask questions or express my disinterest in a vehicle.
I highly suggest Harris Ford for their attentive staff and Gil Fret for his patience, “no pressure approach” and awesome customer service.

My sales dude was very nice, low pressure, informative and open. He shared lots of info about the car, the sale, the process and the company. Let me test drive as many as I wanted. Does not rely on commission so did not push the expensive cars or upgrades. The dealing process was quick.
Gil, of internet sales, was a pleasure to work with. Prices discussed over email were delivered as promise. When the original car had a 2 week delay of delivery, they worked hard to find me a comparable model and gave it to me at a discounted rate to make sure I left satisfied with their service!
The service we received was excellent. Gus was very pleasant and eager to help us. My husband and I were under a time constraint because he had to catch a plane. So, everyone did their best to make things go as fast as possible. I had to ask a favor to help get my new Escape home as I had to drive my husband to the airport in our existing vehicle. So, obviously, I couldn’t drive 2 cars home. Gus will drive the new car home, while I drive our older one. Then I will return him to the dealership. So helpful!! Also, Steve in finance did his best to speed the process up and give us the best interest rate he had available. All in all, it was a great experience. I am looking forward to enjoying our new Escape. Our old one is an Escape Hybrid 2008. We have been very happy with it.
While I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle from Harris Ford, Abbas went above and beyond the call of duty. I can honestly say I have never met a sales person who I felt was MORE honest and worked so hard to make my meager needs happen. I had an excellent experience working with Kiahn. He went far over and beyond to accomodate my car buying needs and helped me feel comfortable about my questions and concerns. I had my two small children with me and was relieved to learn there was a childrens area complete with toys a chalk board and a large tv with dvd player. I had previously gone to another dealership and was treated rudely. I am so grateful that Kiahn treated my kids and I with patience and respect. Abbas was great to work with on recent 2011 Ford Fusion purchase. He was the first person to greet my family and made our experience at Harris Ford better than expected. We keep our vehicles for a long time and don’t make quick decisions because of this the vehicle we decided on was sold after we left. Abbas found another vehicle that actualy met our criteria even closer and had bonus sunroof we joked would be the icing on the cake for a deal. Abbas stayed in contact with us by phone and email while on aroadtrip and agreed to stay after hours so we could make it to the dealership and purchase the car on our way home since we live in Skagit County. The papers signed and keys in hand we drove away in our 2011 Fusion around 10:30pm last night, thank you Abbas and Dan in finance for the late night work to get in our new to us Fusion.

My wife and I first contacted Micah over the phone inquiring about a Jeep we saw on the Harrisford.com website. He was very professional in our phone call so we set up a meeting. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted promptly and shown the vehicle we called about. He showed us another vehicle that we loved and decided to purchase. He made the wait to work out financing pleasant and we were in and out in no time. The icing on the cake was that we were not trading in our car and needed a way to get our new car home. Micah offered to follow us from Lynnwood to Arlington with the new car. After an unexpected flat tire that couldn’t be repaired, we called several tire stores in the area to get estimates. Not only were we surprised by the amazing value offered by Harris Ford (over $100 less than the next lowest shop), but the customer service left us with our mouths hanging open. When we picked our car up, our trunk had been reorganized from the disarray it was in from changing a tire in a parking lot and the car had been washed. We left the lot regretting that we hadn’t bought our car from Harris Ford. Definitely a lot more than we were expecting.
Brandon was fantastic to work with. He listened to what we wanted and made the deal happen. He was an absolute pleasure to and had a great personality. We will be back for repeat business. My first inquiry with Harris Ford was through the website. Unfortunately the first sales rep gave me inaccurate information regarding ordering a 2013 Shelby. I emailed back to get an update and Brandon Schermer contacted me with great information. Since the 2013′s were scarce he suggested a 2012 that recently came in. After a test drive and Brandon’s help I spoke to him and Mark about price. We made a great deal and I took the car. I look forward to enjoying the car and doing more business with Harris in the future.

The lack of high pressure was most welcome. I had a young man who was fairly new—but did a good job of entertaining an older customer !!!!! Be sure to commend Bret Morgan –he is the reason I came up to the dealership. He helped me with the recall on my 2002 Escape. No other Ford dealership helped with the unfortunate brake fluid leak. He understood the damage that fluid could do to the engine and how vital it is to maintain the brake system on a vehicle. That 2002 only had 30,000 actual one owner miles. Such respect is more important than you can imagine. I also got help with the battery location in the new Escape yesterday on a busy afternoon.!!! Thanks a lot.

Although my enthusiasm for Ford diesels has waned after two major costly failures in seven years, I have to say that Harris Ford has always treated me right from initial sale to continued service. I may consider a different brand in future, but it will not be due to the service and support I have received at this dealership – If anything, that will be the reason I will consider another Ford product.
Barring the failures, my Superduty is a very capable vehicle that has towed 11,000 lb trailers with ease over the Continental Divide and is now sporting a cab over camper with enclosed trailer in tow. It is regularly serviced using the severe usage intervals since over 50% of its life is hauling and 25% is inclimate weather and mountain driving. I kept my last truck 16 years before buying this one and replaced it only due to additional capacity requirements. I only hope that this truck will reliably serve me until my needs change and the failures are behind us.
Michael was very knowledgeable and educated me on my service plan. Nobody has done that before and I was really appreciative. I felt he went above and beyond my expectations. I will only come back to Harris for all my other services because of my great experience!
Nate is a true professional and was a great help to my wife and I. We came in shopping for a used Explorer and Nate found exactly what we wanted in 20 minutes. We had such a great experience! But then he offered to show us the 2013 Edge Limited. He helped make the deal so appealing, we couldn’t say no to trading in our 2010 Edge for the new 2013 Edge. Every aspect of this experience was unbelievable. In my short 63 yrs, I have never had a car dealership experience quite like this. Each level of the sales process (Bobby H, Nick ?, and Frank ?) actually HELPED me replace an old 14 year old vehicle with a new Ford Escape on a payment plan that I could afford. Each step of my sales “face time” was absent any BS, arm twisting or uncomfortable pressure. Stewart T. in finance explained all aspects of the lease and maintenance program made the signing process absolutely painless. The “ground school”/indoctrination guys, Doug and Mario were courteous, patient and very thorough even though it was 10 PM on a Saturday night. How awesome is that?!?!! I would happily drive around with a Harris Ford logo sign on my doors.

If this matter could be taken care of she wouldn’t keep receiving the calls about the check. She wants to thank the guys who helped her in financing. Bob, Alex, Jack and Steve were all very helpful. She had gone to this business in 2010 to purchase her first vehicle. The salesperson did such a good job she came back. She was pleased with everything this time as well. I purchased a vehicle in July from Harris Ford. Was very happy with that process, the price of the car, etc. However, now, 6+ months later and several phone calls and one in person visit later requesting my warranty and gap coverage documents I still have no return call nor documents. Starting to wonder if I really have these two things??

I wanted to take a moment to thank Harris Ford in Lynnwood for quite literally the best car deal that we have ever done. We always dread dealing with car sales staff and in this case we were absolutely impressed. We were actually on our way to Honda to purchase a Pilot when we made just one more stop. I had a history of bad experiences with Ford Explorers in the past and swore Ford off for good for SUVs. I had recently read how amazing the new Explorer was under Mullaly’s leadership and thought we would just give it a peak. We orginally had stopped at Ford of Kirkland and had a horrible experience with sales guy. We ended up walking out with a Ford that day. We purchased a 2011 White Ford Explorer Limited from the lot. Romell was extremely knowledgable and educated us with zero pressure. Within 24 hours of the car deal, we found out that although we had paid for Navigation, the vehicle mistakingly wasn’t built with the Nav system in it. My heart sank. We thought for sure we were going to get a huge run around and walk out either with a new vehicle and a higher payment or have to deal with getting our old vehicle back. We assumed that we would get push back and have all sorts of issues. Not so. I walked in the next morning and dealt directly with Frank who was phenomenal. He was fully apologetic and got quickly to work to find us the vehicle we wanted. Within an hours time, I was signing papers not only for the same vehicle but one that was a year newer with even more options. We were leaving for the mountains that weekend for Thanksgiving and Frank told us to take the 2011 Explorer with us and told us that they would have our new vehicle waiting when we returned on Sunday. Smooth. It went just as planned. Also, kudos to Dan Martin for not only being a great finance guy but for coming back to Harris so we could work with him again. We have bought two other cars with Dan at the helm from another dealership and were so excited that he was here for this one. Romell, Bob, Frank, Dan and the service guy Mike….You guys are a rockstar team. Thank you for turning us around on Ford….oh and by the way, I drove back to the Ford of Kirkland lot with my Harris Ford plates to tell them how crappy the sales guy was. It felt good.

My sales person, Nick Pearson was not pushy one bit, listened to what I wanted, what my budget was, and was nothing but honest and respectful throughout the entire process. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or that they were trying to pull a fast one on me. This morning, I sent out 5 requests from various dealers, and Brandon responded within 2 hours. (I sent requests at 6:30 am, so the response time was fantastic.) That was the primary reason I came in to buy my truck here. Other dealers took 6 hours or so to respond. Add to this, I had a great buynig experience from the rest of the team.
I recently purchased a used 2004 F-150 through Showcase Motors. Dominic was very friendly and helpful through the entire process. He was very knowledgeable and helped find me the right loan with the right payments to fit my budget. I was more than pleased with the service I got at this dealership. A few months later I had an issue and Dominic was more than happy to help me resolve the problem when he really didn’t have to. He said “I want to make it right.” Talk about awesome customer service. Even after the sale he was bending over backward to help me. Thank you Dominic. I will be back, and I will let all my friends and family know what a great experience I had.

When picking up our new truck. The truck was not cleaned like it should have been. also there were scratches all over the truck and back window had glue all over the outside of the window.
We were told we would get a call on Monday 17 to get our truck detailed and have all the scratches, gouges and parts put on. We never received a call from Pete. I called him and he told me I would get a call on Fri. I feel that once he got a sale he was finished. We bought the truck and left it there so we could check out the truck in the light. They had all day to make sure the truck was detailed and should have been told that the truck was full of scratches, an couges.
Memo has been cordial and informative throughout the process. I’ve appreciated working with him.

Happy to report this was an excellent car buying experience. I can count those on two fingers. Everyone here, the managers, to Brandon were beyond friendly. So much so, they seemed authentic. Literally I went on the night before, and he emailed me first thing in the morning. Very Knowledgeable sale advisor; Jon Williams really “knew his stuff”. He took me on a test drive and demonstrated all the features of the Ford F-150; many I did not know about from other dealers. We went over curbs, around hairpin turns at higher speeds and then tested the automated braking system going from 45mph to zero in a heart beat. The sales manager, Mark Keeten, was very professional and low pressure. I also dealt with Cindy from the Internet Sales Department prior to coming in; she was low pressure and accommodating as well. I have shopped around for several weeks and now have the truck of my dreams for the lowest price in the state from a dealer that truly takes care of their customer. I have not tried the service department yet but am told they are on par with the sales team in terms of customer satisfaction. I recommend anyone interested in a Ford to contact Cindy from the Internet Department, ask for Jon as the sales point man and Mark Keeten to oversee the transaction.
Want to take a moment to let you know how much we appreciated the great customer service we received from Gil. In looking for a car for our daughter on-line, we went down to Lynwood to see the car advertised, but it wass unavailable at the time. Gil went out of his way to bring the car to us the next day, with absolutely NO pressure on his end. He was very personable, honest, friendly, and a true pleasure to work with. Haven’t had this experience in a long time. We were able to purchase the car the very next day, with very happy results. Everyone was wonderful to work with, and very accomidating.

Wow! We pulled up and knew what car we wanted. Mark Litzenberger was the sales person and was very helpful and to our delight, not pushy. We enjoyed working with them and they finally came down to meet us at our price. They are all very personal with pictures and stories of their families on thier desks. It seems to be a genuine family run business that carries alot of teamwork around the building. We could come here a thousand times and I am sure they would greet us with smiles every time, even if we didn’t buy anything. My husband and I drove off the street from out of town, we saw a vehicle we were interested in. A sales person Nathan Mclemore walked up to our vehicle and asked us if he could help us. We told him which vehicle we were interested in and what we wanted out of a deal, it was to trade our vehicle in and pay nothing for a trade. He brought out the main dealer and they both said that it could be done, lets see what we can do for you.. So, we went and test drove the vehicle we liked it, was great, then went into to the dealership to talk over the deal. They came to us and said that our vehicle blue booked at about 4 thousand less then the one we wanted to get, so they came to us asking if we could pay 2 thousand and we said we would like to but the reason we need the new vehicle is because we were expecting our 2nd child and have a family of 6 and needed a vehicle to get all from place to place. We couldn’t pay anything out of pocket at all. They said ok, so they left to see what they could do and came back and said done deal you can have the vehicle you want for a straight trade, Its yours… We were so shocked they dealer said he just had a baby with his wife and understood the situation we were in and wanted just to help us with ours. My husband and I were so very happy and with me just coming from Swedish Hospital that very day from almost having to have my baby early I was very happy to see that there are still good people in this world that are willing to just help people out for just the sake of helping.. I was so happy I cried and when the dealer asked if I was ok and if he could get me anything I replied thank god there are still good people in this world, thank you so much , he smiled and said its what we try to do here at Harris Ford is be honest and help when we can. My husband and I will never forget the good graces of this dealership and we recommend them to others all the time. Because they didn’t have to help us but they did more then they will ever know.. And so we drove off that lot in our new vehicle that can seat all 6 of our family and so happy and pleased that they made it happen.. I purchased a used vehicle from Harris Ford in Lynnwood and after a few months I noticed an issue with the engine. This issue was something that Harris wouldn’t have been able to anticipate before selling me the car however they worked with me on making sure the car was taken care of and that we were satisfied with the work.
There’s always an assumed risk when buying a used car, but knowing that a company like Harris will stand behind the car they sell you makes you comfortable with this uncertainty.

We had a good experience working with Brandon to buy a new Flex. Before we even visited the lot, we communicated with him by phone to identify the car we were interested in, and begin some of the paperwork. He was responsive and easy to reach. We set an appointment at a convenient time to visit the lot, and Brandon led us thorugh the process in a low pressure way, showing a sense of humor throughout. Overall, a good car buying experience.
My experience with the sales staff of Harris Ford Lincoln was quite pleasant. My father leased a 2011 Ford escape from Harris Ford last Friday, He came to show me today. I was so impressed with the service and the deal he received that we drove to Harris so I could check out a deal for myself. I AM SO IMPRESSED! Brandon Schermer was delightful, no hard sell, very knowledgeable and patient! He answered all my questions completely and waited patiently as I mulled over the deal. My last vehicle purchase was 11 years ago and to say I was apprehensive about buying a used car is an understatement. I purhased an 07 F-150. Overall I’m happy with the truck and the deal I got.
Negatives:
-Not the selection that I thought there would be for exactly what I was looking for, although I admit I did have some rather rigid demands and they were (obviously) able to find something that worked for me.
-When we intially talked about prices the salesman told me they are always very transparent with prices but then we ended up playing the price game for an hour. I suppose that’s just how it goes in the used car world.
Positives:
-The sales staff were profesisonal and very knowledgable. E-mail coorespondance before and after the puchase has been very timely.
-I really really like the truck I got : )
-Even though we played the price game for a while, we were able to come to a price/ payment that was comfortable for me. Had I payed way too much, it would have ended up being a negative experience.
It was a good experience and I plan on being a returning customer of Harris Ford’s for years to come.

Unfortunately my last car was totalled last weekend
. I have always wanted a Mustang and saw a new 2010 Mustang listed on the Harris Ford website for an unbelievable price. My friends and family said to look out since many dealers will advertise one car and then try to upsell. I contacted JW Williams and also Tyler Kime about the car. They were very accomodating, even when I had to reschedule. When I came in they had the car as advertised and were very helpful in showing me the car. At no time did they try to get me into another (although the Cobra I saw in the showroom was mighty nice 
) The finance folks were also great in showing me the options. So I drove away in the new Mustang and it is sweet! I would highly recommend Harris Ford!

Sakol made my purchase at Harris Ford an experience, as opposed to an ordeal. I visited several other Ford dealers before I landed at Harris Ford. My experience with those prior dealers left me, at best, disappointed with auto dealers on the whole. I found (the other dealers) deficient in humility, to be overly pompous and arrogant. Harris Ford was my last stop. If that failed I was going to purchase from a different auto maker, which would have been an even bigger disappointment, because Ford really is No. 1.

My husband and I have been looking around for a new car for a few weeks. We have been to numerous dealerships and so many are high pressure. It was nice to come here and not feel any pressure from our sales guy, Karar. We found a car, Mercury Mountainer, that we have been looking for and it had almost everything we wanted with the exception of a sunroof. Karar was very knowledgable with after market sunroofs and set us up with a company that will handle the installation of a sunroof. I got an excellent deal on a 2011 Ford Fiesta. Jose Velasquez was my salesman, and it was a pleasure doing business with him. He has a very friendly personality and he didn’t put any pressure at all on me to buy. My car-buying experiences in the past have all been awful, but Jose made my experience at Harris Ford Lincoln a stress-free encounter. I would highly recommend to anyone to buy an auto at Harris Ford from Jose Velasquez. My only negative comments would be directed to the finance dept. I had to wait, what I believe to be, an unreasonable amount of time to close the deal, and I paid cash.

My wife and I were sceptical on pulling into the Harris Ford lot, with the pressure sales, haggling, a.b.c. attitude (always be closing). Jose was my greeter. Calm voice, not in a hurry, just casual. We drove up 10 minutes to a spare lot to see the vehicle, it looked nice, I immediately started to tear down the vehicle, any little thing, not that there was much. Jose had no price, so I’m thinking here we go. We got back to the dealership where I met Bob, old ford baseball cap and all, from that point on is was very simple sweet and actually fun. I was positive I wasn’t leaving with a vehicle today. But I truly feel that all parties won.
I was very satisfied with my experience at Harris Ford. The sales people were very friendly and knowledgeable. As with most car dealers, they can be pretty aggressive, but I found it to be one of the best experiences I have had buying a car. The Service Dept. at Harris Ford has always been good.
I have been bringing my vehicles here for service and maintenance since 2000. So obviously, I figured when I was ready to purchase a new vehicle in 2009 I would get the same respect and service that I had grown accustomed to at the Service Dept. WRONG! When it came time to talk about the numbers, I wasn’t ever taken seriously. I don’t know if it was because I intimidated them because I had done my homework, came in prepared, or if it was just because I was a single female that they didn’t take me seriously.
Regardless, it was a horrible experience. The good news is I got the car that I wanted from their lot….through another dealer. And I got it at the price I originally offered Harris….that they refused and said I was crazy to think I would ever get. Turns out I wasn’t the crazy one! I even called Harris back and offered them my business if they accepted my offer. I explained that I had a dealership that would accept my price, but if Harris would match it, I would buy it here instead (since Harris is so close to my home, why wouldn’t I choose to purchase there if all variables were equal?). The Sales Manager laughed at me and told me that if I had a deal that good that I should take it. So I did! And the next day, I picked up my 2010 Fusion from Bickford Ford! After nearly 2 years, I sill love everything about the car, and am extremely happy with my choice!

Overall, Harris Ford provided a positive buying experience. I did not feel any pressure to purchase the vehicle from my salesman, Jose. He was very knowledgeable, and when he did not know the answer to a question he did not try to fake one. Instead, he would go get an answer from someone who knew. Jose and Harris Ford were very accommodating in finding the vehicle I wanted (which necessitated a dealer trade), and in working towards a reasonable cost for the vehicle and a reasonable trade in for my vehicle. Overall, I would purchase from Harris Ford again. Oh, and least I forget, the Ford I purchased is a great vehicle….no complaints there.
If I had to be critical of anything (and let’s face it, criticism is good for improvement), it would be with the finance personnel. I dealt with two separate people. My understanding is that they were new, however, they still did not know as much as I would like. I actually knew more about the paperwork I was signing than them, and about some finance options, and caught numerous errors on my paperwork (read: review everything before you sign, but this goes for any contract regardless of where it originates). They also were not the most knowledgeable about warranties with the vehicle I bought, however Jose was and was able to correctly explain what I had questions about.
So, again, all in all, it was a pleasant experience and I would purchase at Harris Ford again.
Karar was very attentive without being pushy. He was knowledgable on the used cars we looked at. Pleasant experience all around at Harris Ford. Ron was also pleasant and professional without any pressure. I will come back again!

As an old retired Sales Manager I was impressed with Jose’s follow up. I was prepared to buy another truck from a dealer in Bellevue. Jose called me to find I had decided on a different model than we’d originally talked about. He knew what I was looking for had just been taken in as a trade in and we worked out a trade in for my Camry and closed the deal. Follow up is a good thing and the guys at Harris Ford did very good!
In passing I was also impressed with the closing skills of your Sales Manager. He was classic. But then that’s why my wife never lets me answer the door. She knows that if it’s a salesmen I’m a sucker for a good sales pitch.
Very efficient at presenting the value of the Audi. No sales pressure from Tyler, he was respectful and very pleasant. Appeared to be straight forward and honest with his appraisal. I am very happy with the way we have been treated at Harris Ford.

I have delt with Harris Ford three times now,and everytime we had a great experience. The first time we were in the market for something big and ended up with an F150. Next we were looking for a second vehicle and needed it in a specific time period but they were the first place that came to mind, unfortunatley we couldnt find what we were looking for. We now just recently traded in our truck for something newer with less miles. The sales team to include Jose and Bob were great. They had great enthusiasm in helping us every step of the way to get us into the vehicle we wanted. I was having problems with my Microsoft SYNC and was greeted by Jose. I was amazed by how willling he was to help me even though I was not buying a car. I will gladly refer any family and friends to him for his kindness.

Mike Lyon took the time to explain the different tires available for my truck. I dropped it off, went to lunch and errands, and they were installed and car was washed and cleaned when I picked it up just a few hours later.

Marcus is an awesome sales person, he is very friendly and easy to talk to. My wife hates visting car dealers because of the way they always treat you, like you are just a dollar sign they need to talk into buying something you don’t want, but not at Harris Ford. She actually said how much she liked the experience and how friendly Marcus was, which is simply amazing for me to hear from her.
Car was priced right and amount for my trade in was good. Was busy when we bought the car but they kept us informed as to what was going on and Marcus even made me another pot of coffee, thanks!

My experience was great!
I started my search for a new Lincoln MKX on the internet. I found what I wanted at a dealer in the eastern part of the state. I called them and was told they would hold the vehicle until I could make it there on the weekend. When I got there they had sold the vehicle I wanted. After spending 8 hours at the dealership trying to negotiate on another MKX they had and being shown everything from last years model to Mazdas that I was not at all interested in I just walked away with nothing but an incredible frustration with the process.
My dad bought his new truck years ago at Harris Ford and suggested I look there. They had the Lincoln MKX I wanted on the internet so I called them. Within 10 minutes Jose Velasquez called me back. Within 20 minutes he and Matt Rohde had negotiated the exact deal I was looking for. When I went to pick up my vehicle later in the week everything went just as flawlessly. I really could not believe how superior their sales and finance team is. I will recommend them to anyone and I will definitely be back for my next vehicle. When people ask why I went to Lynnwood for my vehicle I tell them its because I got what I wanted for the price I wanted and it was a great experience with them.
My time spent at the dealership went very well. They were very busy and they did very well under all of the comotion. A little bit more time spent there than I would have liked, but very understandable.

My experience with Harris Ford was very pleasant. I didn’t even buy a Ford believe it or not, I bought a pre-owned Toyota. I went there because I had a friend who worked there name James, but my experience with everyone who worked there was excellent! From now on I will continue to shop at Harris Ford even though I live in Puyallup and they are in Lynnwood. But the reason I will continue to go there is because of the way they treated me. If you ask just about any car buyer I am sure they will tell you that the way they are treated as a buyer is the most important part of the buying experience. Thank you Harris Ford!

In nearly every respect, purchasing my 2009 Focus SES sedan at Harris Ford was a highly satisfactory process. The expected amount of sales pressure was counter-balanced nicely by the effort made by sales and finance staff to work with my level of down payment and budget. Post-sales service, which involved a warranty repaint of the car due to numerous factory flaws, was exemplary and resulted in ultimate delivery of a vehicle with better-than-new quality of paint.
The only significant disappointment with the purchase process was that I requested Ford’s ESP be added to my sales contract for an additional three years and up to 75,000 miles. This part of the contract was rushed through by the financial officer with whom I signed papers. It turns out that I got some third-party “covers everything” warranty for four years, beginning concurrently with the factory 3 years/36,000 mile warranty, for a net gain of only one year’s extended coverage. I’m not too happy about that switcheroo, especially as it added around $900 to the purchase contract and I didn’t get what I’d asked for. You’ve got to be careful of things like that, but the finance officer knew what she was doing and how to do it, so I got caught. Caveat emptor, and I should not have let her rush me through signing the various elements of the contract.
Otherwise, the car’s been quite satisfactory and I’ve just recently had my 30,000 mile service done, so you know I’m driving her extensively!
Love the mustang. There was a lot of Confusion over buying the right mustang on Harris fords part. I knew what I wanted but had hard time to relay that and to have someone at Harris listen. At sit down talk money time I felt talked down to the point of telling the very large man with shaved head that I would bet my credit score was higher than his. In the end great mustang four a fair price.
I will not buy a car from anywhere else!! Everything was to my complete satisfaction! My husband and I have bought 4 vehicles from Harris Ford since 2007, and every time we have been absolutely made me feel like a valued customer and for that I’m grateful. Everything that was promised was done and in a timely manner. I would like to commend Nick for his professionalism and kindness. Wonderful great experience each and every time!!

I talked to fifteen Ford dealerships before buying at Harris Ford. Their sales team isn’t pushy and are very helpful and courtious. They also gave me the best deal by far.
We started dealing with Harris Ford back in 2007 and since then we have been repeat customers since then. Within the last year we have purchased a new Fusion that Nick Sold us and a Focus that Dan Sold us. Our credit was not the best but Rebecca helped us get a good deal for a loan and look forward to future Sales with you!
The salesman was outstanding. We had a great experience buying a vehicle. Harris Ford is the only place to buy a Ford vehicle.
Chris was my sales person, he was great, I bought a 2010 ford focus a little over a year ago, he had to do a dealer search for the car I wanted, the other dealer did not deliver when promised so Chris delivered the car to my home, great service, great car, I love my focus!!

Overall, my experience with Harris was good. The salesman was a little pushy, but I guess that’s normal.
The dealership spelled my name wrong when they submitted the title to the DMV. Once I discovered the error they (Harris) fixed it right away and were very nice.
My only regret is not asking for a sufficient set of keys for my car. I was ignorant of how keys have to be programmed now, so when Harris only gave me ONE key (and NO keyless entry device), I thought, no big deal, I can just get another one made. How wrong was I. Turns out it costs quite a lot to program another key and buy a keyless entry device. Also, my car only has key access on the drivers side. I am shocked now that Harris didn’t offer to provide me a sufficient set of keys for my new car. Perhaps because they thought I would pay them for a new set later? For this reason alone, I will not go back to Harris.
I bought a new AWD Ford fusion for the winters here. My experience at Harris Ford was top notch. The sales staff was nice and knowledgeable; I would recommend Harris to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. I want to a give special thanks to Frank the sales manager for taking the time to answer my questions.
I was very happy with the service I got at Harris Ford. I recently moved here from Portland and then had to get my Explorer serviced. Wasn’t sure where to go, so I decided to give Harris a try. Very prompt, very honest, and they fixed it right the first time. Will gladly come back.
I am so impressed with Harris Ford in Lynnwood. We bought our 2013 Ford Focus in Dec. 2013. First Gil Fret worked to exchange our older car for the Focus and worked so hard. We had to have something we could afford, that the wheel chair would fit in as well as the complete maintenance plan.

There was still a shallow well in the trunk. Gil talked to someone he knew and that person built a ramp that fits inside the trunk. Everyone at the Vets Hospital in the Valet parking just love the ramp. It makes it so much better to take the wheel chair out and put it in.

THEN TODAY: Yesterday I brought my husband back from having chemo. He threw up in the car. I just now came in and talked to Gil Fret. He is having the inside of the car cleaned. I am so impressed with everyone. I was going to write about the car and the ramp earlier but just so much on my plate. We are being taken care above and beyond what is even good customer service. GILL MADE IT HAPPEN AGAIN & AGAIN.
